In 2023, he joined Keystone Projects as the Retail Vertical Partner, bringing his entrepreneurial mindset, technical precision, and strategic leadership to strengthen the firm’s retail execution capabilities. Under his leadership, the retail vertical has successfully delivered 10+ turnkey projects and completed over 1,500 repair and maintenance works.

He currently leads Climate Control Solution, a reputed family enterprise with over 40 years of legacy in HVAC services, maintenance, and infrastructure solutions. Under his leadership, the organization manages assets exceeding ₹50 crore and executes high-impact projects, including the prestigious Annual Maintenance Contract for the Parliament House. Abhishek is known for his strategic insight, operational discipline, and focus on compliance, profitability, and long-term client satisfaction, further strengthening the company’s standing among government, corporate, and infrastructure clients.
