B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in retail fit-out / interior GC projects

Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in retail fit-out / interior GC works
Plan, execute, and deliver retail fit-out projects from site mobilization to final handover.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and mall management for approvals and compliance.
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution and quality workmanship.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and risks; take corrective actions when required.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and brand guidelines.
Maintain strict control over quality standards, safety practices, and statutory compliance.
Handle design changes, variations, and site challenges with practical and timely solutions.
Prepare and maintain project documentation including DPRs, billing, variations, and handover records.
Lead, guide, and motivate site teams to achieve project milestones within tight retail timelines.
Ensure smooth snag clearance, client sign-offs, and final project closure.
Strong knowledge of retail fit-out construction processes and GC execution.

The Project Engineer / Site Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day site execution and supervision of retail fit-out projects. The role involves coordinating site activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, monitoring progress, and supporting the Project Manager in delivering projects as per approved drawings, timelines, and brand standards.
Site-based role with daily coordination with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Requires flexibility to work in fast-track retail fit-out environments, including mall and high-street projects.

Identify site issues, design discrepancies, or execution challenges and escalate promptly.
Maintain site records including daily progress reports, measurements, checklists, and snag lists.
Assist in inspections, snag clearance, and final handover activities.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and mall authorities for site-related approvals and access.
Good understanding of retail fit-out construction and interior execution processes.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.

The Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring health, safety, and statutory compliance across retail fit-out project sites. The role focuses on implementing safety policies, monitoring site activities, conducting inspections and trainings, and supporting the Project Manager and Operations Head in maintaining a safe working environment in fast-track retail projects.
Site-based role across multiple retail fit-out projects.
Requires flexibility to work under fast-track project timelines and strict mall safety regulations.
Diploma / Degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Safety, or NEBOSH / IOSH certification
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction, interior fit-out, or retail projects (GC environment preferred)
Implement and enforce the company’s Health & Safety policies at project sites.
Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations, mall authority guidelines, and client safety requirements.
Conduct daily site safety inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
Identify unsafe acts/conditions and initiate corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure proper use of PPE by all site personnel, subcontractors, and visitors.
Prepare and maintain safety documentation including safety plans, permits, checklists, and incident reports.
Conduct safety inductions for new workers and subcontractors.
Investigate accidents, near-misses, and incidents; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with Project Manager for safe execution planning and with Operations Head for safety audits and compliance reviews.
Support site teams during inspections by clients, consultants, or mall authorities.
Strong knowledge of construction and retail fit-out safety practices.
Familiarity with statutory regulations and mall safety norms.
Good communication and training skills.
Ability to identify hazards and enforce corrective actions effectively.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and firm in safety enforcement.
